You may request deletion of your Pokus account and associated personal data by emailing support@pokus.ai from the email address or telephone number registered with the account.
01information to include
- Registered name.
- Registered telephone number.
- Registered email address, if available.
- The statement: “Please delete my Pokus account.”
02verification and completion
Pokus may verify your identity before processing deletion. After verification, the account will be closed and personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Certain transaction, invoice, fraud-prevention, grievance and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Deletion is permanent. Closed-account order history, preferences and saved addresses may no longer be available.
